Job Summary: The Project Controls Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of a first-of-a-kind Hydrogen Power Generation project. This senior-level position requires a strong foundation in project planning, scheduling, change management, and field project controls. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Primavera planning/scheduling experience and a passion for driving project efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project controls scheduling team in plan & schedule preparation, including startup and commissioning planning.
Interface with project team for planning and scheduling activities.
Ensure constructability is integrated into the planning process.
Facilitate productivity reporting.
Perform/assist with critical path and float analysis reporting.
Apply key cost control processes.
Interface with the management team to identify and address project issues.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Primavera planning/scheduling experience.
Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Primavera, change management, construction management, and scheduling. Additional skills in SureTrak, critical path analysis, fossil power, and cost control are beneficial.
Languages: Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
