Key Responsibilities:
- Plan maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance planning, including material selection, procurement, and purchasing.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of work orders.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding work order status, schedule attainment, and craftsperson backlog.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to deadlines.
- SAP Expertise – Proficient in SAP maintenance notifications and work order processes.
- Industrial Manufacturing Equipment Knowledge – Familiarity with equipment and processes in industrial settings.
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to document effectively using digital tools.
- Office 365 Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Planning and Organization – Experience in maintenance, project, or event planning.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
- Familiarity with the concepts, practices, and procedures in industrial maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and direct the work of others.
- Creative and adaptable mindset for dynamic challenges.
- 100% onsite at Colonial Heights, VA.
- Flexible schedule with part-time options available if responsibilities are effectively maintained.
- Initial Phone Screen.
- Final Onsite Interview at Colonial Heights, VA.
