Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Product Monitoring and Reporting Leader, the PMR Analyst is overall responsible for the following key activities:

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years as a Flight Operations Engineer or similar role
- Airlines operations
- Flight dynamics knowledge
- Able to manage pilot discussion on operations and procedures
- Bachelors in Aeronautics Engineering
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
- Flight data knowledge
- Data analysis/Quality check
- Coding knowledge (bash)
- AI or ML knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Product Monitoring and Reporting Leader, the PMR Analyst is overall responsible for the following key activities:
- Onboarding new teams for our customers in operations
- Create and validate Savings Reports
- Assist the customer with any change requests they may need
- Monitoring of internal SLAs and performance metrics
- Provide support to help manage incidents: investigations and troubleshooting
