Project Controls Lead Analyst

We are currently seeking a qualified Project Controls Lead Analyst to join our team. The Project Controls Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing project scheduling, cost control, and risk management to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently applying advanced project controls techniques and analyses.
• May handle commercial issues and will provide leadership and guidance to less experienced project control personnel.
• Able to positively influence internal and external clients to achieve successful results.
• Achieve a high level of forecasting accuracy.
• Proactive in addressing project issues.
• Lead planning and schedule preparation using Primavera P6 on more complex projects including startup planning.
• Address contractual requirements related to schedule control.
• Recognize critical issues and interfaces.
• Participate in key risk management discussions.
• Participate in and may lead any potential claims issues.

 

Basic Qualifications

• Prefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning and Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with ten years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
• 8+ years' of Primavera P6 experience using CPM scheduling.
• Must have Construction experience.
• Strong Earned Value understanding.
