Commercial Project Manager
Mississauga, ONAversan Inc. (www.aversan.com ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides Engineering expertise Across North America. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our client a European-based technology group specializing in construction services. With extensive experience in large-scale underground hard and soft-ground construction projects, they provide expertise in ground engineering and tunnel excavation with a team of highly qualified personnel.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and commercial activities related to construction projects. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure projects meet company standards and policies, managing budgets and financials, and ensuring legal compliance on contractual obligations
Location: Scarborough, GTA Area

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong background in commercial administration and accounting within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, German is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SUN, and AS400 accounting systems.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential issues professionally and work in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial project management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Flexibility to travel within Canada.
