We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring engineering talent while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and managing the Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities
Source and hire candidates that meet the qualifications for various positions within the organization; we focus only on engineering roles as we are an engineering firm.
Screen applicants and sourced profiles over the phone/ Teams video chat.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various technical positions.
Research various companies, websites, organizations, community groups that may have prospective candidates for name generation.
Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and company website.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.
Basic Qualifications
A Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels.
Education and/or work experience from various engineering domain would be an asset (Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Capable of making fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office and various Applicant Tracking System.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
