We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
Support proposal development, cost estimation, and contract negotiations for new projects.
Lead technical discussions with prospective clients to assess project feasibility and alignment with Aversan’s capabilities.
Coordinate internally to align business development efforts with engineering and manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from business development to execution.
Develop Hardware Tasks for Projects and estimating the tasks.
Develop Hardware Block diagram by interacting with Software, Mechanical, Systems engineering.
Hardware design for the entire development life cycle (effort estimates, requirements definition, system architecture, detailed design, debugging, and system integration)
Ensure that all communication with the customer is clear, detailed, and aligned with their expectations.
Coordinate with Project Manager
Interface with vendors and suppliers, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and addressing ongoing personnel and policy issues.
Digital, analog and power design, including layout constraints definition and review
Hands-on experience for boards brings up, debug and integration
Develop strong relationships with other engineering disciplines (Software, FPGA and Mechanical designers) to maximize collaboration and synergy in an effort to meet project goals.
Basic Qualifications
Track record of Hardware efforts Estimation from RFP, RFQ, RFI information.
Ability to derive hardware level block diagram from RFP, RFQ, RFI packages.
Ability to suggest cost optimal design architecture for Hardware by understanding impact on Software and mechanical.
End to End Hardware Design Cycle from requirements to product delivery
Hardware Design, Processor, Microcontroller Design, FPGA based hardware design (no RTL coding experience req), power supply design (buck, boost, sepic), PCB layout co ordination
Track timeline to delivery in high fidelity and report progress to program management
Experience with managing engineering changes & non-conformances through established processes
Experience with executive communication, ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly
Excellent leadership and management skills
Excellent customer and supplier management skills
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
