Electrical Test Engineer

We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Test Engineer to join our team.
 
Location: Montreal, QC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 

Responsibilities

 

• Participate in the development of test equipment and support testing of satellite electronic units.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for development of test equipment used for testing satellite electronic units;
• Support testing of satellite electronic units;
• Be part of an engineering team specializing in test equipment, otherwise called electrical ground support equipment;
• Design and support manufacturing of electrical test equipment and cable harnesses.
• Produce design documentation such as electrical diagrams, assembly drawings, bill of materials, etc.
• Assist engineering in analyses and writing of test procedures;
• Support procurement, manufacturing and validation of test equipment

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong Hands-on experience in electronic design and supported testing in lab with design team and test requirements. 
• Well versed with Network Analyzers, lab testing equipment, etc.
• Skills in printed circuit board (PCB) design;
