We are currently seeking a Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our data entry operations. As a remote data entry operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data records. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Pay: $27.76 - $34.76 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for entering data into various databases with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for efficient retrieval

- Update and correct existing data when necessary

- Communicate any discrepancies or errors to the team lead for resolution

- Follow data integrity and confidentiality policies

- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and systems

- Meet deadlines and set targets for different projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset

- Previous experience in data entry or data management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Knowledge of data processing tools and techniques

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
