We are currently seeking a qualified Data Analyst (Tableau Cloud Specialist) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply experienced in transforming complex data into actionable insights and building scalable analytical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing dashboards, developing automation tools, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

 

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau Cloud dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making for cross-functional team leaders.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights, KPIs, and performance trends.
• Develop interactive, intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify data patterns, trends, and anomalies to support Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity, structure, and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, improve data quality, and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Build tools, processes, and automation mechanisms that optimize the data ecosystem and reduce manual workload across teams.
• Develop Tableau Cloud extensions and integrations using HTML, JavaScript, and Tableau APIs.
• Support data engineering workflows and ensure efficient data pipeline operations in partnership with engineering teams.
• Participate in global, cross-functional initiatives, contributing expertise and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and a positive, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent adjacent field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in building dashboards in Tableau.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Tableau Cloud.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience creating Tableau Cloud Extensions
• Strong working knowledge of HTML. Javascript and Tableau API’s.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing modules
• 3+ years of experience working with Marketing and Sales KPIs.
• Preference for a candidate with deep understanding of financial KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional environments.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong ownership mentality.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively resolving challenges.
