Position Title: Test Systems Engineer
Job Overview:
The Test Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated test systems and solutions for aerospace applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the systems meet all performance, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test systems for various aerospace products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications.
- Conduct system-level testing, data analysis, and validation to ensure product performance and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test system issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Provide technical guidance and support during system installation and testing.
- Maintain and update test systems documentation as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing automated test systems.
- Proficiency in test software development, particularly using LabVIEW or similar tools.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with RF or avionics test systems.
- Knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
