We are currently seeking a qualified Training Data Specialist – Aeronautics to work on leading edge technology products. Location: Montreal, Quebec Schedule: HYBRID DESCRIPTION – As a Training Aeronautics Data Specialist, you will have a range of responsibilities from developing and implementing digital pilot training support products using real-time data and providing a data analytics platform delivering dashboards to improve pilot training. Your work will ensure that the company remains at the forefront of technology. Our developers are involved in the entire infrastructure, from the database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, to native applications, right through to the early phases of the development cycle. As a Training Data Specialist, you will work as part of a cross-functional team with the Product Manager, Designers and Senior Developer to jointly develop digital products. Responsibilities
Utilize Agile engineering practices and various software and technologies to rapidly develop creative and effective solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
Collaborate with other team members to create clear user scenarios and design tests for prototypes and products, and to continually deliver product enhancements.
Be a change agent and promoter of the agile mindset.
Contribute to a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
Keep abreast of new trends and provide innovative ideas.

Technical Skills
University degree in computer science or software engineering
Good knowledge of aeronautical systems and aircraft aerodynamics
Knowledge of Python programming (data processing and analysis library)
Programming skills in C# and .NET (4.7+ or Core)
Knowledge of database language programming (e.g., SQL)
Working knowledge of Azure development
Microservices knowledge and development experience
Experience of using Azure DevOps services
Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum management methods
Experience of unit testing and automated functional testing
Knowledge of flight simulation environment an asset
Knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques, an asset
Bilingual (French and English), an asset
