IT Technical Analyst

Aversan Inc. is a multi-service engineering firm specializing in design, build, testing, certification, and support services for embedded flight and rail systems & software, health technology, and advanced IT.

  • Provide 1st level end-user support;
  • Service Desk Ticketing System;
  • Imaging and deploying new computers;
  • Perform and support software installations;
  • Troubleshooting Computer and Network Issues;
  • Cell phone and landline configuration.
Basic Qualifications
  • College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Technology, Software Engineering  or equivalent; 
  • Ability to obtain Controlled Goods & Reliability Clearance;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing IT Helpdesk position, customer-facing;
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010/2016, Active Directory 2008/2012/2016;
  • Knowledge of Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016, Office Communicator 2007, VMWare and Citrix Virtualization;
  • Familiar with a Ticketing System to open and close requests;
  • Knowledge of engineering applications (ClearCase, ClearQuest, Doors) would be an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingualism is preferred in (English and French);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
