Inform all stakeholders of any changes brought to the different processes and systems
Complete all the documentation needed
Participate in system approval tests
Problem solving side by side with developers, IT local support and other stakeholders
Composing and presenting communications to audiences of varying degrees of technical understanding
Liaison with business units and internal stakeholders, from the demand intake up to the hand-off of the solution to the business
Work in coordination with the business units and the analytics team in an agile way to deliver on identified initiatives
Lead the scoping and prioritization exercise of the initiatives
Perform the current state assessment and document future state
Experience with CRM project, an asset.
Organize meetings with clients and coordinate communications concerning the development tasks and tests
Ensure requirement traceability for version deliveries (sprint mode)
Carry out functional analyses to identify information, procedures and decision flows
Evaluate the procedures and exit methods and propose improvements
In cases of integrating systems: define and document interfaces and integration points.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Analysis, Finance or related field
3 years of business analyst experience
In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to manage information, data, and correspondence on multiple levels
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders
Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization
Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset
Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
