Freelance Social Media Coordinator

Aversan Inc. is looking for a freelancer to partner with when it comes to the management of its social media platforms. The goal of this project is to transform these platforms into thriving lead generation channels and engage potential future employees, grounded in content marketing.
You will work closely with the Business Development team in regards to strategy, goal-setting, while creating, executing, and ensuring continuous content on Aversan Inc.'s social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to review with Aversan Inc. on a regular basis;
  • Research/Selection/Creation of social media content for approval;
  • Schedule automation of posts on various social media platforms;
  • Follow all social media best practices so that our organic reach is optimized;
  • Participate in regular Marketing and Business Development meetings to ensure that the company's social idea is aligned with the immediate and future goals of the team.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media channels and creation of strategic content;
  • High-level understanding of Lead Generation, Content Marketing strategies, and analytics;
  • Proficiency with Photoshop or similar tools;
  • Experience with Hootsuite;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
