Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $17.76 - $26.76 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs in order to provide personalized and tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or related experience is an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all levels
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
