Change management Specialist

Requirements:
• University degree in industrial relations, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in change management
• Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Ability to influence and interact with senior management
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize and popularize
• Ability to act in ambiguity, question the status quo while adapting its approach to customer needs
• Execution leadership, listening and showing agility
• PROSCI change management certification an asset
