Tools Support Analyst

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be part of a team of IT professionals that work to define, create and maintain solutions to facilitate the day-to-day activities of a broad user base mostly consisting of software, systems and hardware engineers;
  • Understand engineering user workflows;
  • Define software solutions that enforce engineering user workflows;
  • Perform IT support by resolving open tickets raised by application users;
  • Become a highly productive team member and team player.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT Technology, or equivalent;
  • Understanding of Linux and Windows administration;             
  • Understanding of Tools and Processes (Orchestra, JIRA, DOORS, etc.);
  • Scripting knowledge and automation;
  • Experience with Kubernetes;
  • Experience with JIRA;
  • Experience with BitBucket;
  • Experience with Artifactory;
  • Experience with Jenkins;
  • Experience with DOORS;
  • Experience with CI/CD;
  • Experience with Virtualization (VmWare, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
