5+ years of experience in user research, user interviews, user stories, and journey maps
5+ years of experience with lean processes, process improvements and identifying Key Performance Indicators · Able to synthesize research and current state analysis and draft future vision / process
Experience with Jurisdiction Scan analysis based on user research and user stories
Proficiency in communication, able to understand business problems, documenting and presenting findings and prepare summary decks for mid-level management
Able to build strong and trusting relationships while liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders · Strong leadership skills to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of user experience and design, assessing user characteristics, needs, goals, and opportunities
Creative, innovative, and can think outside the box to visualize solutions that meet business needs. · Knowledge and experience with supporting Public Sector Digital First strategies; experience with working with Digital Service standards including formal submissions for assessments as per official digital standards established
