Working with the Business Development team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will implement marketing and advertising campaigns, track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, help plan meetings and trade shows, and prepare reports.
Work with SMEs to develop blogs, white papers, brochures, and presentations on technical products and services;
Preparation of presentations, reports, or any materials required by the Business Development team;
Work with the Business Development team to develop creative advertising, help brainstorm new ideas;
Support business development activities through market/competitive research;
Keep abreast of competitors and digital trends in order to generate insights and opportunities;
Occasionally travel for trade-shows, events, and any other marketing activities;
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent;
5+ years' of experience in marketing related field;
Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics;
Strong technical writing skills;
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar is an asset;
Experience or interest in engineering/tech/digital health products;
Experience or interest in B2B sales;
Great communication skills, team player, detailed-oriented, problem solver, critical thinking abilities;
Taking ownership to successfully accomplish new and different requests and explore opportunities to aid in achievement of company goals.
