We are currently seeking a qualified Embedded Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and maintain embedded flight software using real-time operating systems. An ideal candidate brings experience in C, C++, Python programming, agile methods, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop, document, implement, test, and maintain complex embedded flight software modules for space applications, including satellite and communications systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including systems, digital, and RF engineering, throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support the specification, design, coding, integration, and verification of embedded flight software using established development tools and processes.
- Perform flight software integration and testing in laboratory environments, troubleshooting software defects and system-level issues.
- Develop and maintain formal software documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test procedures, and test reports.
- Support software process automation and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) activities to improve development efficiency and software quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, including sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and team collaboration.
- Use version control systems and software development tools to manage code, track changes, and support collaborative development.
- Ensure software development and testing activities comply with applicable project requirements, standards, and established engineering processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Hands-on experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
