We are currently seeking a qualified Electronics Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing inspections, maintaining traceability, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Compensation: $ $62,000 – 74,000K CAD (annual salary)

Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection to ensure compliance of parts and products according to standard processes and program requirements.
- Maintain traceability in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Verify document revisions as required.
- Inspecting machined parts according to drawing and standards, may perform minor rework.
- Inspect and perform adhesion testing on paint, verify plating reports.
- Perform trigonometric calculations for measuring instruments use.
- Inspect sub-component assemblies and finished/progressing assemblies for compliance with standards and specifications.
- Prepare non-conformance reports, follow up and take action.
- Perform and verify connector retention, wire tension and continuity of cables, wires and harnesses.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in various functions.
- Support research and development.
- All other related tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- DEC - College diploma or diploma of vocational studies in one of the following fields: electronics, mechanics, aeronautics or equivalent.
- French language proficiency.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Curious and proactive mindset, comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to different work situations.
- Open to feedback and continuous learning, with a positive and growth-oriented attitude.
- Hands-on and results-driven, demonstrating initiative while applying critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance with procedures.
- Basic knowledge of English is an asset.
- Plan reading.
- Knowledge of the principle of tolerances and geometric dimensions.
- Proficiency in quality assurance principles and processes.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 as assigned.
- Ability to retrieve and enter computer data using a computer system.
- Use of production databases.
