Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 CAD (annual salary)

Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards).
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Bl dashboards and reports.
- Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards.
- Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights
- Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to dashboard users.
- Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPls
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power Bl, Tableau) and analytics platforms
- Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.
- A results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
- Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
- Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs.
- Bilingualism (French and English} is required.
