We are currently seeking a qualified Computer Technologist to join our team providingexceptional employee experience in IT services.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the employee experience:
• Perform a variety of interventions on computer hardware, software and peripherals to meet user needs: deployment, installation, support, relocation, addition, modification and disposal.
• Contribute to the improvement of IT services.
• Participate in internal or departmental project initiatives that may involve multiple IT groups/users.
• Makes recommendations on the life cycle of IT technologies (hardware and software) and processes.
• Apply and maintain standard operating procedures, customer service guidelines, and troubleshooting documentation for new services and activities.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an IT user support environment.
• Motivation to provide a great customer experience.
•  Ability to adapt easily to changes.
•  Good communication skills in French and English.
• Proactivity, autonomy and sense of initiative in the management of tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting of operating systems, office applications, Mac OS, VPN software.
• Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of computer hardware, tablets, and associated peripherals.
•  Strong ability to learn and support the various enterprise applications as well as the various activities of the service desk and account administration.
