Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze complex datasets using coding languages such as SQL, Spark, and Python.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and data strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Compile, clean, and organize datasets to support accurate analytics and reporting needs.
- Design and maintain efficient data models to enable seamless integration and analysis across systems.
- Ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate reporting for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated familiarity with data engineering tools, concepts, and pipeline development processes (Azure, Fabric, Purview, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing tight deadlines with high-visibility initiatives
- Deliverables for executives.
- Develop efficient and scalable data models and analytics solutions, particularly in Power BI.
- Proficiency in coding languages (Python, Spark, SQL, DAX, etc.).
- Good expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
