BUSINESS ANALYST

Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace.  We are currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: St-Laurent, QC (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development of tools to visualize and monitor business performance.
  • Review and analyze processes, tools, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the maintenance of project databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Main responsibilities include Cost Performance/Profitability/GM analysis; Profiling; Ops savings; Financial forecasting; PRC analysis; Invoicing; Financial topsheets; Manloading; S&OP; Cost Performance/Profitability/GM analysis; Ad-hoc analysis to support business operations.
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; A Master's degree in a relevant field would be an asset;
  • At least five years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
  • Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;
  • Skills in research, analysis, synthesis, process mapping, and documentation;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously;
  • Proven experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and project management (Azure DevOps, Jira);
  • Understanding of digital customer experience concepts;
  • Proficiency in English and French required.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with other teams and project stakeholders;

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain good relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
