Job Title: Email/Chat Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Email/Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Pay: $25.34 - $32.56 per hour

Position Summary: As an Email/Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through email and chat channels. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

 

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through email and chat channels in a timely and efficient manner.

- Understand and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate team members when necessary.

- Maintain and update customer records in our database.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to our customer support processes.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and continuously improve your technical skills.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a software or technology industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in using email and chat to communicate with customers.

- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of computer systems, software, and mobile devices.

- Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Able to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
