Maintenance Planner

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner to join our team. The Maintenance Planner will oversee the planning and coordination of maintenance work orders, material procurement, and scheduling using SAP, ensuring efficient execution and reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
• Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases.
• Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.

Basic Qualifications

• May require a bachelor's degree.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Must have experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Must have Office 365 proficiency
