We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Systems Engineer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and a proven track record of leading projects within the aerospace industry. In this role, you will design and architect complex systems, integrating hardware, software, and network components to drive innovative solutions. You will ensure alignment with Honeywell's quality standards and industry’s best practices while leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex engineering challenges and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities• Team Leadership:
- Mentoring
- Staff capability development
- Effective coordination and communication with:
- Multi-disciplinary design teams
- Systems engineering teams
- Project management organizations
- Internal and external customers
- Control system integration
- Test and development equipment
- Ownership and Leading field Issue troubleshooting and support
- Project engineering
- Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in systems engineering (Aerospace)
- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Leading diverse and global team
