Electronic Software and Hardware Engineer
Mirabel, Quebec.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in preliminary and critical system design reviews.
• Prepare or contribute to program software and electronic hardware certification plans.
• Evaluate supplier's software and electronic (FPGA, ASIC, PLD) designs.
• Conduct technical and process audits.
• Perform safety of flight reviews.
• Assess software and electronic hardware life cycle data to ensure compliance to standards.
• Support and coordinate the resolution of safety, compliance, or technical deficiencies with suppliers and other program stakeholders.
• Prepare and/or review design compliance reports.
Qualifications:
• University engineering degree in Avionics, Electronics, Software, or equivalent.

Qualifications:
• University engineering degree in Avionics, Electronics, Software, or equivalent.
- Strong experience with DO-178B/C and DO-254
- Strong experience working on electronics/hardware and software projects in avionics.
- Proficient in software programming languages (C, C++, Ada95, Assembly, Python, etc.) and Multiple hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog, etc.)
