• Assist with the development, design, testing and certification documentation for new or modified printed circuit board modules for aircraft
• Apply electrical engineering theory and the operation of electronic test equipment to functionally test and troubleshoot avionics/electrical modules or systems
• Assist with validation of electronic circuit design concepts using SPICE software
• Design printed circuit board layouts using Altium design software
• Utilize VHDL to modify and maintain Programmable Logic Devices
• Assist with preparation of engineering certification reports to document system designs that meet the requirements of certification authorities
• Assist with preparation of functional test documents to verify proper operation of electronic assemblies

          Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Strong experience in electronics hardware design
• Experience with FPGA integrated circuits, Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD)
• Programing experience with C/VHDL/Verilog
• Familiarity with aerospace standards (DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-454) or similar industry standards.
