Responsibilities
- Previous MRP experience in ERP system (SAP experience pretty much required) self-driven for solution vs waiting on next task.
- Operations experience in a manufacturing area.
- The expectation is 50% of time interacting with mfg. team and strong clear communication style.
- Plans and establishes production schedules.
- Monitors materials inventories, tracks progress of production, reviews factors which affect schedules. Requires a high school diploma with 2 years of experience in ERP based production planning and scheduling in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures driven from an ERP system.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- SAP is a significant asset.
