We are currently seeking a qualified Jr. Electronics Manufacturing Lead. As a Jr. Electronics Manufacturing Lead, you will be reporting directly to the Electronics Manufacturing Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing an electronics manufacturing project from inception to completion, ensuring it meets quality standards, budget, and scheduled timelines.
Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
  • Plan, oversee, and coordinate electronics manufacturing project, ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional project teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure the project is carried out in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors and oversee their contributions to the project.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance electronics manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage resources in the project efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a project leadership role within an electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments and priorities.
